Lasagna Night Is Back on the Menu! 🍝

Hi there, Reader!

If you haven't tried this recipe yet, now's the time. Because I promise you, there's a reason I don't hold back when I describe how good it is. Between the richly flavored sauce and three kinds of cheese, it's one lasagna for the entire table, GF noodles and all. My best part? Now my oldest makes it for us. I just pair it with salad and bread for our favorite comfort food meal!

Make it a Meal...

  • Caesar Dressing - toss the classic salad with a creamy and easy dressing made with Greek yogurt instead of eggs or mayo!
  • Gluten Free Texas Toast - thick slices of buttery, garlicky goodness to dip in the sauce!
  • Gluten Free Tiramisu - a dreamy dessert that you can make completely from scratch or take a store-bought gluten free ladyfinger shortcut!

I may receive a small commission if you make a purchase through any of the shopping links below.

IN THE CKC KITCHEN...

Let it simmer low and slow! But make sure you have a large, heavy-bottomed pot for making the sauce.

Stay Happy, Stay Healthy, Keep Cooking!
